Course description

• Comprehensive beauty therapy course
• Covers Levels 2 and 3 treatments with a higher level of knowledge
• Beginner course taking you to an intermediate level
• Exam based
• Full-time course
• Interview required prior to enrolment
• Salon time and experience will be concluded in classrooms only

 

What You Will Learn

• Manicure – regular painting techniques, French polish and hand massage treatments
• Pedicure – regular painting techniques, French polish, deluxe spa, foot scrub and massage
• Facial and Skin Care – incorporating massage, mixing and application of face masques, steaming and extraction, product knowledge
• Eyes – including eyelash and eyebrow tinting and shaping, application of false eyelashes and professional make-up from day and evening looks, through to bridal techniques
• Electrical Facial Treatments – including Micro-current non-surgical lift and Vacuum Suction,

• Anatomy and Physiology of the whole body
• Client Consultation
• Record-keeping
• Contraindications to therapies
• Retail Sales
• Salon Management Fundamentals
• Product Knowledge
• Business Studies

• The course will assess students through tutor observations and practical and theoretical exams. They will also need to hand in a portfolio of treatments within 12 weeks of completing the course.

Entry Requirements

• Students must be at least 18 years old to enrol in the course – there are no exceptions.

• To complete the coursework and examinations, learners must have a basic standard of English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• No previous beauty experience is required, although students are expected to have a strong interest.
• An informal interview is required for this course, either by phone or in person.

This only applies to a single payment made no later than 10 days prior to the course date.

Option 2 – Pay by instalment

30% non-refundable deposit required to secure your place

Remaining balance of D32,130.00 to be paid in 2 instalments

D20,130.00 to be paid 10 days prior to the course start date and the remainder balance of D12,000.00 to be paid after completion of the first term.

Only a 30% Deposit is required to secure your place on this course if the course start date is more than 1 calendar month away. Any courses with a start date less than one calendar month away will be required to pay full balance.
